The base design I started YMS F2D series with...

The design came up after some other designs analyses and a number of fly-test different manufacturers models of the similar design. I did some math and ended up with quite a difference in central/tip ribs airfoil percentage. At the tips the percentage was considerably higher. So what I did first - reduced the difference extending the tip's length a bit. I gave a good side effect - reduced a wing load a bit and should've increased the speed in the loops as well due to less air drug. But since I didn't have any device to measure the speed in loops - lets just assume the speed in loops has increased as it actually should  Grin

Planning to experiment to extend the tips lengths even further...

the crash test, wasn't done on purpose though...  Grin

Cleaned the engine right there and... kept going!  Cheesy
